For Almar Resort it is important to inform our future guests that we are in an expansion project with 40 new rooms that will open in mid-November 2022. For that reason, the rooms located in the Mantamar Tower could be affected by construction noise.

We understand that this situation could affect your stay, for this reason, we have granted this special rate in these rooms as well as a flexible policy (only affected rooms) to cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

In case this affects your plans and you want to change the date or cancel, you can contact us to better assist you since we do not have availability at Almar Tower to offer room changes or free upgrades.
