The location, being around so many other queer people, the Eden pool is incredible. Having full access to Mantamar Beach club was awesome.

The staff were very accommodating. I needed to stay for an extra night because I'm bad at logistics and they were able to let me stay in my room for an extra night. The food was good as well. When they said you don't get a view in a room, they really meant it, but I spent most of my time at the pool or beach, it wasn't a bother. I also felt very safe and secure in the resort.

The Almar Resort is an excellent choice for gay travelers looking for a luxurious and beachfront vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Malecon and the gay bars and clubs in the Romantic Zone. The pools are amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. I stayed at the Almar Resort for one week and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. I would definitely recommend the Almar Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and gay-friendly vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and close to the beach. The tub in the room was perfect for just sitting and watching the ocean from the comfort of our room.

It's a great all gay resort, rooms are spacious and with a nice view to the ocean. The check-in staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurants have delicious and tasty options (although not too cheap) and the beach area is semi private towards the end of the bay. We had a great experience overall. The staff is friendly, comfortable beds, great spacious pools and relaxing chairs. They are flexible for letting you use the facilities while you check in and out.

The staff is wonderful and the location is easily accessible to walk to the beach or into town. I didn’t most of my time on the 5th floor pool called Edge.

Location and installations, hotel service were awesome! Concierge Lady was very helpful and nice, he connected with the sales staff, she’s from Nogales : Fernanda at the front desk , was super nice ! Also the reservations department was super awesome too ! I really do appreciate all the LOVE
